Service Description

An initial consultation is included using a 3D-Body scan. I will provide detailed recommendations on how to improve your diet, assess your posture and integrate corrective exercises into your training programme. I will motivate you, support and educate, to help you achieve your fitness goals. This plan includes 2 personal training sessions per week (1 hour long), which is a total of 8 sessions a month. You will be charged £560 monthly (Direct Debit) Unused sessions expire each month. Subscription Requires Minimum 3 Months Commitment. Cancel any time after 3 Months. Custom Start Date. As you check out please choose a date when you would like your plan to start (Direct Debit date), your initial consultation/first session day and time. You will receive a separate link to book the rest of your sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Please note that these reservations are non-refundable; however, you may retain the credit for future bookings.
