This plan is perfect for individuals who are looking for a transformation. This plan includes three personal training sessions per week (1 hour long). You have a total of 12 personal training sessions a month. You will be charged £720 monthly (Direct Debit). You can cancel any time. An initial consultation is included. I will provide detailed recommendations on how to improve your diet, assess your posture and integrate corrective exercises into your training programme. I will motivate you, educate and support along your fitness journey. As you check out, please book your initial consultation/first session day and time. I will send you a separate link to book the rest of your sessions.
Cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Please note that these reservations are non-refundable; however, you may retain the credit for future bookings.
