Service Description
Saturdays 9AM-10AM Working with free weights, resistance bands and body weight. If you have a heart rate monitor, bring it with you. Liza will calculate your personalised heart rate target for effective fat burn. Progressing weekly, you will need to make a note of your weights after each class to see results. Suitable for absolute beginners, you will learn/improve technique of all exercises. Wear anything you like. Liza will provide all essential equipment and resistance bands. On arrival to Fitness First reception, please mention you came to Liza's Class. We are training in the STUDIO! Not on the gym floor!

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancelation is possible 24 hours prior the booked class. (Log in to manage your bookings) Reservations are non-refundable, however, you may retain the credit for future bookings.
