This is a single 30min training session. This option is perfect for individuals, who like to 'pay as you go'. During the session, I will focus specifically on your fitness goals and tailor the training session specifically to you. I strongly recommend booking a free consultation before the 1:1 personal training session. This allows me to get to know you better and create a plan.
